Installation steps:

• Connect to Idrac
• Press F10 for lifecycle controller
• Goto OS deployment
• Click deploy OS
• Choose configure RAID first 
• Choose the RAID controller
• Select the RAID level (in my example i use raid 1 with 2 hdd and 1 hdd as hotspare)
• Select the disks
• Enter Virtual disk name and leave it default
• confirm and finish 
• click yes on confirmation
• RAID is configured
• Choose UEFI and choose windows 2012 R2
• select manual installation 
• Insert Win 2012 media
• Click Finish 
• choose language, insert your license key 
• Select Win 2012 standard GUI
• Accept agreement
• Select Custom install
• Select the disk and click next
• Wait for installation to complete
• Enter new password 
• Done
