Esxi Installation on DELL XC6320

Vmware Esxi 6.0 Installation

Download evaluation iso from www.vmware.com
mount iso or use DVD (XC6320 server doesn't come with DVD) best way is to do it through IDRAC / Lifecycle controller

Press F10 on boot for Lifecycle controller
If you are setting up for first time there will be a network setup. You can click cancel to ignore or add ip.
click OS deployment then deploy OS
choose Esxi from the list (if the list doesn't appear or there is any error, download the latest OS deployment driver pack from www.dell.com)
Click Next, Next, FInish
Press enter on Esxi 6.0 Installaler
wait for the loading to complete
press enter to continue
Choose HDD or SD where OS need to be installed
Enter new password (dont forget)
Press F11 to install
press enter to reboot
